Boston Calling 2025 will have multiple free water stations scattered across the Harvard Athletic Complex, a critical feature for the 40,000+ attendees rocking out May 23–25.
After 2024’s heat wave saw over 400 medical incidents—many dehydration-related—organizers upped the ante, adding more stations for 2025, as shown on the new venue map released in January. These stations, marked on the festival app and physical maps, let you refill reusable water bottles or hydration packs (empty on entry, per rules) to stay hydrated during sets by Luke Combs or Dave Matthews Band. Past years placed them near the front and comfort areas, and 2025’s layout aims to ease access despite crowd flow—think near the rotating main stage or Orange Stage.
Water’s potable, meeting Boston health standards, and staff monitor supply. No outside drinks (except empty containers) are allowed, but vendors sell bottled options if you skip the line—cashless via wristband. With May temps potentially hitting the 80s, this upgrade addresses past gripes about congestion blocking hydration. Check bostoncalling.com for exact spots closer to the date.
